Vinnies Victoria has more than 270 local volunteer groups across Victoria known as ‘conferences’, which provide a hand up to people in need. In response to incoming calls for assistance, our volunteers visit people in their homes or in a local assistance centre, to provide practical assistance and a listening ear. Food, clothing, furniture, white goods, budget support – no act of charity is foreign to us.

St Vincent de Paul Society Victoria (Vinnies Victoria)

The St Vincent de Paul Society Victoria's 10,000+ volunteers are building compassionate communities. They provide practical assistance making ends meet by putting food on tables, heating homes in winter, educating young minds, listening in times of crisis and much, much more.

Our mission

We are calling for our local school community to come together in solidarity and give up one night in a warm, comfortable bed to help raise funds and awareness about homelessness and disadvantage in our very own back yard. Please join our Sleepout or give now to help us reach our fundraising goal which will assist Vinnies provide support for those in our community who need it the most.
