St Vincent de Paul Society Victoria (Vinnies Victoria)

The St Vincent de Paul Society Victoria's 10,000+ volunteers are building compassionate communities. They provide practical assistance making ends meet by putting food on tables, heating homes in winter, educating young minds, listening in times of crisis and much, much more.

On 2nd September 2021, Mercy Regional College will be hosting a Vinnie School Sleepout.

Why? To gain a deeper understanding of homelessness, raise awareness of the realities faced by people experiencing homelessness and raise funds to support Vinnies Victoria’s services in our local community.

More than 9,000+ young Victorians have no permanent home*. Help us fight homelessness!

The funds raised from the Mercy Regional College School Sleepout will help Vinnies volunteers to:

• Provide food and food hampers to people experiencing homelessness
• Keep the lights & heating on for a family struggling to keep a roof overhead
• Help a vulnerable young person stay at school and keep learning

Please help us reach our fundraising goal. Donations over $2 are tax deductible and can be processed online.

FOR STUDENTS to fundraise via their own individual fundraising page and sign up for the sleepout, click on the "Fundraise" button above.
